Returns & Warranty

We have a no refund policy, should you want to return your item in change of mind basis please note all freight charges both ways would be covered by the end customer, we will offer a store credit valid for 12 months with no restocking fee, this is applicable for all our imported items.

Custom pieces are made to your specifications and cannot be returned for change of mind. Every detail is confirmed in writing before we build.

All our furniture is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults — things like structural defects, faulty hardware or finish failures under normal use. The warranty doesn't cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from misuse or accidents
• Fading from direct sunlight
• Natural timber movement and grain variation, which are characteristics of solid wood rather than faults

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
