We deliver solid timber furniture Australia Wide. Because furniture freight depends on size, weight and destination, delivery is quoted per order — enter your postcode at checkout or call 02 9949 9892 for a quote.
Delivery timeframes
- In-stock items: 2–3 weeks.
- Custom-made furniture: Approximately 4 weeks build time plus delivery.
We'll contact you to book a delivery day once your order is ready.
On delivery day
Our team will call ahead with a delivery window. Please ensure clear access and measure doorways, hallways and stairs before ordering. Delivery includes placement in your room of choice. Stairs may incur an additional charge.
Pickup
Free pickup is available from our Manly Vale showroom. We'll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Damaged in transit?
Please inspect your furniture on arrival. If anything is damaged, note it with the delivery team and contact us within 48 hours at sales@chocolatewood.com.au with photos. We'll arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.
